Who We Are
The Tinat Banta Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to advancing girl-child rights, education, and reproductive health awareness in Nigeria. Through the Salt & Light Ladies Initiative and other empowerment programs, we provide platforms for women and girls to learn, grow, and lead.
Our annual retreats, monthly seminars, and community and campus-focused outreaches are designed to equip women and young girls with knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to thrive in every area of life.
While our work currently serves communities and campuses in Jos, Nigeria, our vision is to expand globally - creating a world where every girl and woman has equal opportunity to flourish and contribute meaningfully to society.

Our Mission
At Tinat Banta Foundation, we are dedicated to advancing the rights of the girl-child, promoting access to quality education, and raising awareness on reproductive health. Through women empowerment programs such as annual retreats, community initiatives, and monthly seminars, we create safe, supportive spaces that inspire growth, foster leadership, and equip women and girls with the tools to achieve their full potential.
